2025-2026 8th Grade Graduation Protocols
To ensure a positive experience for all, the following must be respected and followed:
1. Each student may invite only 4 individuals to the ceremony (this includes babies, toddlers, and children).
2. If no admission ticket is presented, no admission will be granted.
3. No noisemakers or party poppers are allowed. Flowers may be brought in. Balloons must be placed along
the sides of the seats or in the front lobby. We hold no responsibility.
4. Students may appropriately decorate their ceremony caps.
5. Students are not allowed to use their cell phones during the ceremony .
6. No loose food or drinks will be allowed, unless it’s part of a basket.
7. No oversized bags, purses, backpacks will be allowed.
8. All guests will need to pass through the metal detector.
9. No parking in areas that are not meant for parking.
10. First-come, first-serve to sit anywhere that is not reserved for students.
11. If your child does not have a graduation gown, then he/she must dress in Sunday’s best.
12. A “take home” ticket will be provided to all students. If you’re planning to take your child home after the
ceremony, you must bring the signed ticket by May 15 or on May 20.
13. If you take your child home after the ceremony, you MUST notify 1 of the adults and sign for the student.
Only parents/guardians are allowed to take students home.

Para garantizar una experiencia positiva para todos, se deben respetar y cumplir las siguientes normas:
1. Cada estudiante podrá invitar únicamente a 4 personas a la ceremonia (esto incluye
bebés, niños pequeños y niños mayores).
2. No se permitirá la entrada a quien no presente un boleto de admisión.
3. No se permite el uso de artĂculos ruidosos (matracas, bocinas, lanzador de confeti, etc.). Se
permite el ingreso de flores. Los globos deben colocarse a los costados de los asientos o en el
vestĂbulo principal. No nos hacemos responsables de ellos.
4. Los estudiantes pueden decorar sus birretes de graduaciĂłn de manera apropiada.
5. Los estudiantes no pueden utilizar sus teléfonos celulares durante las ceremonia.
6. No se permitirá el ingreso de alimentos o bebidas sueltos, a menos que formen parte de
una canasta de regalo.
7. No se permitirá el ingreso de bolsos, carteras o mochilas de gran tamaño.
8. Todos los invitados deberán pasar por el detector de metales.
9. No está permitido estacionarse en áreas que no estén designadas para tal fin.
10. Los asientos no reservados para los estudiantes se ocuparán por orden de llegada.
11. Si su hijo/a no cuenta con una toga de graduación, deberá vestir con su mejor atuendo
formal (ropa de domingo).
12. Se entregará un boleto de "salida anticipada" a todos los estudiantes. Si planea llevarse a
su hijo/a a casa después de la ceremonia, deberá entregar el boleto firmado a más tardar
el 15 de mayo o el mismo 20 de mayo.
13. Si decide llevarse a su hijo/a a casa después de la ceremonia, DEBE notificar a uno de
los adultos responsables y firmar la salida del estudiante. Solo los padres o tutores
legales están autorizados para llevar a los estudiantes a casa.
