Valley View Jr. High athletes are putting in the work!  Student-athletes worked on proper squat technique (medicine ball squat) with an axillary lift for hamstring stretch/strength (RDL lift).  Others worked on chest exercises with resistant bands with an axillary lift for the shoulders/deltoid area (shoulder raises with 5 lbs.). Athletes were on a 7-minute segment and then rotated to work on quads, posture, hamstrings, glutes, chest, triceps, biceps and shoulders. The future of our football program looks bright.  Go Tigers!
